Savannah Doctor Wins Pain Injection Med Mal Case Against Former U.S. Army Ranger

Savannah, GA—A Chatham County State Court jury returned a verdict in favor of a pain management physician and his clinic in a malpractice suit brought by a highly decorated former U.S. Army Ranger whose military career ended after receiving an epidural steroid injection administered by the doctor. Mesa, Ariz. — An Arizona state court jury slammed Landstar System Inc. with a $19.25 million verdict on Friday, finding the trucking company is responsible for the death of a driver who lost control of his car following a tire blowout and collided with a tractor-trailer parked on the side of an interstate highway.
