Update: Fort Lauderdale, FL—Jurors Friday afternoon found Daher-Socata and Socata North America were not at fault for the 2014 plane crash that injured a Georgia physician and her husband, the plane's pilot.
The verdict, reached after more than eight hours of deliberations in Florida's 17th Judicial Circuit, cleared the French plane manufacturer and its North American subsidiary on plaintiff's design defect, failure-to-warn, and negligence claims.
