At CVN, we’re proud of our unrivaled courtroom video library, featuring top trial lawyers in thousands of hours of proceedings across the full range of civil litigation. And regardless of which side of the courtroom you're on, trial video study is one of the best ways to learn the proven techniques that win cases. However, with all of that video, finding the trial techniques and teachable moments you’re looking for can sometimes be difficult.

That’s why we’ve launched CVN Playlists. It’s a curated repository of the trial moments and techniques you want to see. Whether you’re looking for powerful ways to frame non-economic damages in your closing argument, strong examples of openings in premises liability cases, or simply want to see openings from our biggest trials each year, CVN Playlists is your ever-growing resource of expert editor-selected video and commentary.

We currently feature 27 playlists and more than 200 videos across a range of cases, featuring top attorneys and the winning trial techniques they used across a range of cases. But this is just the start. Most importantly, we’ll continually add playlists and other features to make this an increasingly powerful resource for your trial prep.

You can check out our Playlist Page here.

Our playlist repository is only available to CVN Video Library subscribers, making a subscription even more valuable than before. When you click on each playlist subject you’ll be taken directly to the first video in that playlist, with a summary and commentary on the bottom left of the screen. Meanwhile, you can navigate through all of the videos in each playlist on the lower right side of that screen.

We hope you’ll find our new playlists a valuable tool. Do you have any questions, or suggestions for new playlists that can help you? Simply fill out the form at the bottom of the playlist page or email me directly at acrisco@cvn.com
