Ocala, FL— Trial is set to begin next week over a 2010 car crash that a Florida woman says left her with a traumatic brain injury. Griffis v. Green, et al., 2014CA001726.

According to documents filed in the case, Jared Green rear-ended Constance Griffis as their two vehicles were traveling along US 441 in Belleview. Griffis contends that the crash left her with a mild traumatic brain injury and its long-lasting fallout.

Green admits he was at fault for the crash but challenges Griffis’s injury claims.

Griffis is represented by Matt Powell, of MattLaw, and Marianne Howanitz. Green is represented by Susan Seigle and Brett Little, of Brett Little, P.A.

Trial, before 5th Circuit Court Judge Robert Hodges, is expected to run almost two weeks. CVN will live-stream the trial and provide updates via our news page.
