A mistrial was declared in [**Boca Aviation v. Proskauer Rose**](http://www.courtroomview.com/proceedings/boca-airport-v-proskauer-rose-trial-2010-05-10) after two full days of deliberation.  Apparently the jury was unable to reach a verdict. A re-trial is not expected soon.
