Salisbury v. Griffin Road 345 Property Homeowners Association settled today, and the jury has been discharged. Closing arguments were expected tomorrow.
The case involved the determination of damages to be recovered by obstetrician Dr. Helen Salsbury, who suffered severe leg injuries in a pedestrian collision when she was struck by a 4-wheel ATV traveling approximately 30 miles per hour.
